I used to trip myself up wondering what I 'should' be doing. I was in the weeds of it all. Then I remembered how much I like colour and colour coding things. Rudolf Steiner has given colours for different days of the week. That was my anchor.

Here is a printable weekly planner you can print and pop on your fridge. This provides the weekly rhythm. There are morning and afternoon blocks. You'll also find the following for each day; colour, grain, planet and element.

Weekly Rhythm Planner

Notes section

There is a small additional notes section at the bottom of each day. I use this to give myself a meal plan prompt - for example - Rice on Monday, Pasta on Tuesday, Beans on Wednesday, Thursday - leftovers/use it up, Fish on Friday etc this gave me the framework to then think of a dish from that starting point. Sometimes the mental load is to much and having somewhere to start from reduces this.
